PREPARATION:
Pan fry or grill the sirloin steaks to
medium-rare. Set aside. Thinly slice the beef and put the slices in a
large bowl. Add the slice onion, cucumber and lemongrass. Add the
yum nua dressing and spring onions and toss thoroughly. Serve
garnished with coriander, chinese mustard cress and mint leaves.
