SATAY
are skewers of meat marinated with spices
and grilled quickly over charcoal. Originally from indonesia, you can make them with pork,
chicken, beef or lamb.
INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:
Cut the meat thinly into 2in strips. Mix together the ginger, lemongrass,
garlic, medium curry paste, cumin, turmeric, coconut cream, fish sauce and sugar. Pour
over the meat and leave to marinate for about 2 hours. Then thread the meat onto skewers.
Brush with oil and grill over charcoal or a preheated grill till cooked. Serve with the satay sauce
