PREPARATION:
Devein and shell the prawns. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the garlic
and fry till golden brown, then add the prawns and stir-fry till prawns are cooked. Add
the onion and half of the priew wan sauce. Add the rest of
the vegetables and pineapple. Add a few tables-poons of water. Continue to stir-fry for a
few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the remainding sauce, coriander leaves and spring
onion.
