PREPARATION:
Drain and chop the mushrooms. Drain the noodles and cut into small pieces. Place
in a bowl and mix throughly with mushrooms, mince meat, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce,
sugar and pepper. Place a small portion of mixture onto the spring roll sheet. Fold in 3
corners to make an envelop and wrap tightly. Then deep fry the rolls until golden brown.
Serve with the popiah sauce
